Return & Refund Policies

Thank you for shopping Adler’s. We strive to make it easy, fun and safe to shop with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, don't worry we're here to help.


All returns must be accepted and approved by Adler’s Store VIA email confirmation. 

We allow 30 calendar days to return an item from the delivery date. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Open boxes will be accepted as unused but may include a fee if reconditioning is required to the box, any item wrappings, manuals and other included items. Items that show wear and tear will NOT be accepted and will be returned to you.

In the rare case of a defective Item, please take photos of the outer box if damaged and the item, these photos will determine eligibility for pre-paid return shipping.

Please return your item in the original packaging. This does not include the outer carrier's box but the return must include all the manufacturer and retail boxes, manuals and anything it came with.

Adler’s Store will provide you with the RMA and shipping address to return the item. Place the RMA visibly on the outer box on all 4 sides. 
Your return must include your receipt or proof of purchase. In addition, please print the confirmation email and add it to the return.

Returns that do not meet the above standards will NOT be accepted and will be returned to you.


Once we receive your return, we will inspect the package and notify you when we have received your return within 1-3 days. We will also notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Once your return is approved, we will refund to the original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within standard transactional days depending on the original payment issuer's policies.


Adler’s Store does not cover return shipping unless the item was received in error, defective or damaged by the carrier. The customer will assume responsibility for shipping costs and for returning the item to our warehouses, tracking the return and is responsible for the return until is delivered to our warehouses. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

We will provide you with the RMA and shipping address to return the item.

Damaged by the carrier

Adler’s Store must be notified immediately and the package must be kept as it was received and moved to a place where no further damages will apply. Please take clear photos of the damages and contact us.
We will contact the carrier and provide further instructions. Rest assured that you will not be held responsible and proper handling will ensure prompt resolution.
