Shipping

Adler’s Store will ship your purchase with FREE shipping throughout the entire site, we reserve the right to ship the item with the shipping method of our choice and in cases, separate packages may deliver at separate times

Full Tracking info will be provided and Adler’s Store will take full responsibility for the packing until tracking ID is marked delivered at the customer's address. 

We ship all over the contiguous US 

We do not deliver to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico.

We do not deliver FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.

 

Return Shipping

Adler’s Store does not cover return shipping unless the item was received in error, defective or damaged by the carrier. The customer will assume responsibility for shipping costs and for returning the item to our warehouses, tracking the return and is responsible for the return until is delivered to our warehouses. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

We will provide you with the RMA and shipping address to return the item.


Damaged by the carrier

Adler’s Store must be notified immediately and the package must be kept as it was received and moved to a place where no further damages will apply. Please take clear photos of the damages and contact us.
 
We will contact the carrier and provide further instructions. Rest assured that you will not be held responsible and proper handling will ensure prompt resolution.
